Jansen Region Real Estate Market Update: June 2026

The Jansen Region real estate market moved at a steadier pace in June 2026, with sales, new listings, and inventory all down compared to last year. Even with softer monthly activity, the market remains much tighter than long-term averages, which continues to support pricing across the region.

In June, the Jansen Region recorded 28 residential sales, down 17.6% year-over-year. Sales were also 16.2% below the 10-year average for the month. While this points to a slower June compared to recent years, year-to-date sales remain flat compared to 2025, showing that overall demand has held up through the first half of the year.
